Refund Policy

On Xabano we are happy to refund within 30 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are in a resalable condition.

The original packaging can be reused to return the product but, if you no longer have it, make sure to send it in a waterproof package. If you can reuse a box or package that you have at home, even better!

You can return more than one order in the same parcel, just make sure that you register each return on a separate order.

Exceptions:

1. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is unopened, (original cover for protection and presentation of the product).

2. In the case of glass products, they must come with maximum packaging protection for return and without any damage.
