Returns Policy
On Xabano we are happy to refund within 30 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are in a resalable condition.
The original packaging can be reused to return the product but, if you no longer have it, make sure to send it in a waterproof package. If you can reuse a box or package that you have at home, even better!You can return more than one order in the same parcel, just make sure that you register each return on a separate order.Exception

DELIVERY & RETURNS
We dispatch your orders according to the delivery method you select at checkout.
*Tracked: Choosing this service will provide you with end-to-end tracking plus a predicted day and estimated time of delivery by SMS and/or email.
You must order by 12:00 (noon) for your order to be posted the same day (Monday - Friday).
Your order maybe will arrive up to 10 days you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Free Standard Delivery over $99 (USA only) - 7-10 days
Please note:
If you order after noon on Friday, your order will be posted the following Monday. There are no mail collections on Saturdays.
If you order on a Bank Holiday, or when we have our annual Christmas shutdown, your order will be posted the next working day.
Undelivered Orders
It is the customer's responsibility to check all delivery address details are correct before completing your purchase. Orders that go missing or are delivered to an incorrect address cannot be retrieved or replaced by us, if the delivery details were incorrect.
If your item is returned to us undelivered (for an incorrect postal address, not collected from courier in time, etc.), you will need to pay the full postage cost to have your order resent to you.
We cannot refund orders that have not been delivered until 10 working days have passed since we posted it. They are still in network and on their way.
If you order has not been delivered, please notify us within 30 days of the shipping confirmation email. After this time we will not be able to investigate or compensate for undelivered orders.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please read you we Policies and Services.
We also cannot send a pre-paid label for an exchange if you did not receive your requested colour or pattern for a product that states we will send you one at random. We do our best to fulfil your requests based on the stock on hand. If you which to exchange such items, you can do so by paying the return postage yourselves.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns Postage
To make a return, please email us for instructions regarding how to return the item to us. We strongly advise you used a Tracked postage service and obtain a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for any returns that do not arrive to us and are lost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days. This will be the cost of the item returned and not include delivery costs.
